History of the BCYR
The current incarnation of the BCYR was founded in January of 2005 by a group of Blount County conservative activists led by Scott Moore. The group, led by their founding officers, Chairman Scott Moore, Vice Chairman Robert McCammon, Secretary Jared Anderson, and Treasurer Steve Stanley, set out to build a club that would become Blount County's premier political organization.
